Remembrance Wall
Beneath the words “In Memory of Those Who Served,”
are the names of those who responded to the call of duty during
the Civil War. Pamplin Historical Park is proud to offer visitors
an opportunity to honor an ancestor or any other Civil War Soldier.
For a small fee, the name and military unit of the soldier as
well as the name of the purchaser will be etched into a silver-toned
plaque and prominently displayed on this handsome mahogany wall.
Print out the online
form and send it to us. As soon as your request is processed,
you will receive a Presentation Certificate that is suitable
for framing, and your plaque will be added to The Remembrance
Wall. |

Dedications
Do you know someone with a passion for history?
For a $100 tax-deductible contribution, you can dedicate a Pamplin
Historical Park bench to an individual, family, or organization.
In honor of your contribution, a 4" x 6" engraved
bronze plaque will be placed on one of the Park’s benches
with a brief inscription of your choice. Each donor will receive
a Presentation Certificate suitable for framing. Those interested
in holding a bench dedication ceremony may contact the Park
for more information.

Guidelines
• Plaques will be placed on available benches at the discretion
of Pamplin Historical Park. Pamplin Historical Park cannot guarantee
that a plaque will be placed in a specific location.
• Pamplin Historical Park reserves the right to edit plaque
information for tastefulness, uniformity and space limitations.
• Orders will be acknowledged with a letter and Presentation
Certificate immediately prior to the installation of the plaque.
Due to the nature of the ordering and installation process,
please allow several months for the installation of your plaque. |
