The Hardtack & Coffee Café provides seating for more
than 100 guests and offers a full menu featuring Virginia’s
best barbecue, a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, daily specials,
homemade salads, desserts and more. Also available is a complete
box lunch menu for groups.The cafe operates during regular Park
hours and is also available for use by groups for parties and catered
events.
The Café offers a banquet space and catering for private
parties and other functions, take-out service for those on the run,
and boxed lunches for school groups.

At the Hardtack & Coffee Cafe, our signature item is old-fashioned
Virginia Barbecue, slow-cooked in our own smoker. We also offer
hot and cold sandwiches, a la carte or served as combos, along with
hot soups, fresh salads, kids meals, side dishes and desserts. Also,
